You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- 48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 48 hours of your subscription and the service is not working as described, you may request a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that our support team is unable to resolve within 72 hours, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
- Double Billing: If you were charged twice for the same subscription, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- After 48 hours of account activation (unless due to confirmed technical issues on our end)
- If your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
- If you have already used a significant portion of the subscription period
- If the issue is caused by your internet connection, device compatibility, or incorrect device setup
- For any free trial or promotional subscription
- If you simply changed your mind without any service quality issues
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for registration
- Your order or transaction ID
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or details about the issue experienced
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and respond with a decision.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 1–3 business days
