1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription or using BestCanadianIPTV’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

BestCanadianIPTV provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming services, giving subscribers access to live TV channels, Video on Demand (VOD), and series content. Our service is available 24/7 subject to maintenance windows and is compatible with a wide range of devices including smart TVs, Firestick, Android, iOS, and computers.

3. Account & Subscription

• Subscriptions are activated within minutes of confirmed payment
• Each subscription is valid for the purchased plan duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
• Account sharing with more than the allowed number of simultaneous connections is prohibited
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Subscriptions are non-transferable to third parties

4. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated
• You will receive login credentials promptly after payment confirmation
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 7 days’ notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our service, you agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share your credentials without authorization
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our servers
• Use VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic or content restrictions
• Record or redistribute any streamed content without proper authorization

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime. However, service interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (users will be notified in advance)
• Third-party content provider issues
• Network outages or force majeure events

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through our service is provided by third-party content providers. BestCanadianIPTV does not own, host, or claim any intellectual property rights over the streamed content. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable copyright laws in their jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, BestCanadianIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice and without refund. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our support team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
